Our Graduates

The High School Application Guidance Program

From the time that our students enter as preschoolers, they feel supported by their teachers and administrators.

This is true of the high school application process as well.

In the spring of 7th grade, students and their parents are invited to meet with the Principal to discuss the various options students may pursue – Catholic Schools, Public Schools, and Independent Schools.

Then in the fall of 8th grade, families are invited up to school for a thorough High School Information Night with important dates, an overview the application process as a whole, and what's to come within the next few months.

Our team provides parents with important dates and information related to open houses, the TACHS exam, and the Specialized High School Test.

Our Principal and teachers are committed to writing letters of recommendation as requested.

The LES Junior High School program prepares our students for success in high school.

For the past 4 years:

100% of the Honors Math class has passed the Algebra 1 Common Core Regents. (past 8 years)

100% of the current 8th Grade Honors Math class scored above the National Average on the Math Terra Nova.

100% of the class of 2022 were accepted into their first and second choice Catholic schools.

100% of the class of 2021 were accepted into their first and second choice Catholic schools.

100% of the current 8th Grade class scored above the National Average on the Reading Terra Nova.

100% of the current 8th Grade class scored above the National Average on the Writing Terra Nova.

15 graduates from the class of 2022 earned a total of $178,920 in scholarship money.

16 graduates from the class of 2021 earned a total of $130,000 in scholarship money.
